18th Oct DAY 2 (SUN): LIVINGSTONE / LIUWA PLAIN NATIONAL PARK
Early this morning, we will be transferred to Livingstone Airport to board our light aircraft carrier to Liuwa Plain National Park - an extraordinary, unexplored land, unspoilt and exclusive with rare game and a rich natural heritage, home to Africa's second-largest wildebeest migration, the Lady Liuwa lion pride, cheetahs and clans of hyenas. With the vast plains, dramatic skies, magnificent birdlife and annual wildflower blooms, Liuwa Plain is a photographer's dream in an exclusive setting without any other guests. 19th Oct - 20th Oct DAY 3 & 4 (MON & TUE): LIUWA PLAIN NATIONAL PARK
Enjoy the next 2 full days in Liuwa Plain National Park, enjoying game drives tracking the fascinating wildlife.
A Typical Day:
Game drives begins early in the morning at 0530hrs till around 1030hrs with campfire breakfast served. Return to camp for lunch where you have time for siesta and rest until 1530hrs for afternoon tea and then we begin a late afternoon/evening game drive from 1630hrs till around 1930hrs.
Wildlife in Liuwa Plain National Park:
Few national parks in Africa could rival the magnitude of the wildebeest migration of Liuwa Plain National Park other than the Serengeti-Masai Mara migration. Yet, the little-known eden of Liuwa Plain ranks as one of the most exclusive safari experience desired by safari connoisseurs with an abundance of wildlife home to more than tens of thousands of wildebeests, zebras, a good number of buffaloes, hippos, various antelope species, a strong concentration of predators such as lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas and African wild dogs.

21st Oct DAY 5 (WED): LIUWA PLAIN NATIONAL PARK / LOWER ZAMBEZI NATIONAL PARK
This morning, we transfer to the airstrip to board our light aircraft to Lower Zambezi National Park via a short stop in Livingstone.
On arrival at Jeki airstrip, we transfer to the Chongwe Suites where we spend the next 3 nights immersing ourselves in perhaps Zambia's most incredible safari destination - the Lower Zambezi National Park. Unspoiled, untamed and unfenced, the Lower Zambezi National Park is the refreshing contrast to the Victoria Falls and Mosi oa Tunya area contributing to one of the most pristine wilderness in Zambia away from the crowds. Spanning over 4,000 square kilometres, the Lower Zambezi National Park is not only home to four of the Big Five, but also remarkable for its alluring landscapes of escarpments, baobab trees and stunning river channels, making this a safari destination for the connoisseurs.

22nd Oct - 23rd Oct DAY 6 & 7 (THU & FRI): LOWER ZAMBEZI NATIONAL PARK

Wildlife in Lower Zambezi National Park:
Only the rhinos are missing from the Big Five. The Lower Zambezi National Park teems with some of the most familiar species drawn to the floodplains fringed with mopane forest interspersed with winterthorn trees and huge acacias. Amongst the regular inhabitants of the park are the elephants, hippos, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, lions, leopards, hyenas and various species of antelopes.

24th Oct DAY 8 (SAT): LOWER ZAMBEZI NATIONAL PARK / LUSAKA / JOHANNESBURG
This morning, we board our flight from Jeki Airstrip to Lusaka where we then connect onto South African Airways regional flight to Johannesburg where you may continue your adventures in Africa and beyond or return home.
